I herby give my permission for Northern Journalism Training Initiative (hereinafter referred to as ‘NJTI’) to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape my/my child’s (if the documented individual is under the age of 18), likeness (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Assets”) and to display, publish or distribute these Assets for the purpose of publishing, posting on the NJTI website, posting on social media sites, throughout NJTI’s email newsletter campaigns and/or for broadcasting on television or radio as determined by NJTI.

I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Assets now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Assets.

I understand that the Assets may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of NJTI’s control. I agree that I will not hold NJTI responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
